The Heritage business model, which is implemented through
its subsidiary, Independent Capital Credit Corporation, is to facilitate financing for revenue producing real propety assets.
Funding sources may include traditional financing services, institutional investors, convertible preferred stock and
conduit lenders.
Using proprietary software and finance modeling techniques, the
Company can underwrite real property and commercial projects based on cash flows for its BCLOC Program.
Independent Capital Credit Corporation also facilitates revenue producing
commercial real estate financing in excess of $500,000.
Financial Backing:
- The Financial Backing comes from its current shareholders who have funded the early stages of development of the
Company's operations.
